On behalf of the Utilities State Government Organization (USGO) Midwest District, it is my pleasure to provide you with the opportunity to either join or renew your membership in USGO for 2015 and attend the 2015 Annual Meeting.

The 2015 USGO Annual Meeting will be held at The Norwich Inn and Spa, in Norwich, Connecticut July 12 – 15, 2015. This charming New England hotel is located near the Connecticut shoreline, with numerous sites and activities for our visitors. Fine dining, shopping, gaming and other activities are in the area. It is a quaint and historic hotel with world class spa amenities. Plenty of attractions along coastal Connecticut make this a terrific venue for our members, their families and guests.
